Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Spears

- 12 asparagus spears
- 6 prosciutto slices/strips
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
Wash asparagus and slice off the first 2 inches of the end.
Cut the prosciutto strips into halves lengthwise, ending up with 12 slices of prosciutto.
Place 1 slice of prosciutto on a cutting board at a 45 degree angle. Place 1 asparagus spear at the bottom of the prosciutto. The tip of the asparagus should line up with the bottom of the prosciutto. Wrap the prosciutto around the asparagus trying to wrap the entire asparagus. Repeat with remaining asparagus and prosciutto.
In a large frying pan, heat olive oil and begin to fry asparagus for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until prosciutto is crispy. Remove from pan and set on paper towels to dry. Serve.
