Prosciutto-Wrapped Grilled Peach Slices With Rosemary And Brie

- 4 lg. peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 24 slices proscriutto
- 12 sprigs rosemary, halved
- 1/2 sm. wheel Brie, cubed
Preheat a grill to medium heat, and grill the peaches for about two minutes per side, or until the sugar caramelizes and they form grill marks. Remove from heat.
While still warm, place a piece of Brie next to the peaches. Place a sprig of prosciutto into the Brie, and wrap with the prosciutto. Serve on a platter.
