Prosciutto Wrapped Pears with Blue Cheese Crumble

- 2 Bartlett Pears
- ¼ lb thinly sliced prosciutto
- ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Sprigs of Arugula for garnish
- Optional: Balsamic Glaze
Halve and core each pear. Quarter each half so you’ll have 8 slices per pear. Place a slice of pear and 2-3 sprigs of arugula on a slice of prosciutto. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and wrap prosciutto tightly. Place each wrapped pear on serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Refrigerate until serving.
