Ingredients

  • 2 C. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/4 C. grape tomatoes
  • 4 hard cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 C. bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 C. blue cheese, crumbled
  • Dressing:
  • 3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Arrange the ingredients in bowl. Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar and pour over salad. Mix salad until coated well.
