Ingredients

  • 1 C. white flour
  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Bran
  • 1/3 C. Splenda
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 C. skim milk
  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the milk, olive oil and eggs in another bowl. Add the two together and mix until blended. Pour onto a hot griddle and cool until golden brown, both sides.
