Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz. box instant butterscotch pudding
- 1 3 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 yellow super-moist cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C. oil
- 1 C. water
- Topping:
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1 C. walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Beat the butterscotch pudding, vanilla pudding, cake mix, eggs, oil and water for 4 minutes. Pour half the thick batter into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan. Put half the topping on batter. Put rest of batter on top of that and finish up with the topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Check with toothpick. Use Dream Whip on top when you serve.
