Two types of pudding make this cake flavorful and extra-moist.

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz. box instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 3 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 yellow super-moist cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 1 C. water
  • Topping:
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1 C. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Beat the butterscotch pudding, vanilla pudding, cake mix, eggs, oil and water for 4 minutes. Pour half the thick batter into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan. Put half the topping on batter. Put rest of batter on top of that and finish up with the topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Check with toothpick. Use Dream Whip on top when you serve.
