Pudding Grahamwiches
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. cold milk
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen light whipped topping, partially thawed
- 1 C. miniature marshmallows
- 24 graham crackers (each about 5 inches by 2 1/2 inches)
- 5 Tbs. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
In large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix together for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows. Carefully break graham crackers in half. Spread pudding mixture over half of graham crackers. Top with remaining crackers. Place chocolate chips in a shallow dish. Press edges of sandwich into chips to coat. Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap; place in an airtight container and freeze. Remove from the freezer about 5 minutes before serving.
Yields 2 dozen.
