This is a very easy breakfast dish that is yummy.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 C. flour
  • 1/3 C. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • 1/8 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbs. sliced almonds
  • 1/2 C. orange marmalade

Preheat oven to 450F. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add salt to the flour, slowly add flour, beating all the while until well mixed. Stir in milk. Melt the butter in a large oven proof skillet. Pour batter into the hot pan and place in the preheated oven. Bake 15 to 16 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and browned. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar and nuts. Serve with marmalade. Enjoy.
