  • 2 slices multi-grain bread
  • ½ C. pulled pork
  • ¼ C. BBQ sauce
  • ½ C. coleslaw
  • 1 pickle, sliced
  • olive oil

Brush one side of the bread with olive oil. On the unoiled side, top with pork, sauce, coleslaw and pickles. Add the second slice of bread, oiled side up. Grill in a Panini maker until golden.
