  • 1 can condensed chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons garlic-red pepper seasoning
  • Hamburger buns
  • BBQ sauce

Rub the pork with seasoning and place the roast in a crockpot. Pour the broth into the pot. Cover the pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Next, transfer the roast to a large plate and shred the meat with 2 forks. Be sure to remove any large pieces of fat and assemble the sandwich with meat and BBQ sauce on the hamburger buns.
