  • 3lbs boneless pork roast
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 6-8 buns

Place the pork into the crockpot, top with onion and garlic. Pour the lemon juice and red wine vinegar over the top and cook on high for 5-6 hours. Once the pork is tender, remove and shred the meat. Pour the pork back into the crockpot. In a saucepan, add ketchup and ingredients below. Bring the contents to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour the sauce over the pork and gently toss to coat well. Serve on buns.
