Ingredients
- one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- one 16-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. pumpkin
- one 4-oz. pkg. thin-sliced beef, cut up
- chopped nuts
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients together and shape into a ball. Roll in nuts to cover. Keep refrigerated. Serve with crackers.
