  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 ounces cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a brownie pan to prepare. Beat the cream cheese, pumpkin, 1 egg, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together with an electric mixer on low. When the mixture is smooth, set the bowl aside. Combine the brownie mix with the oil, water, and egg and mix well. Spread ¾ of this batter into the prepared pan and spoon the pumpkin mix on top. Then spoon the rest of the brownie batter on top. Drag a butter knife through the pan to mix the layers. Bake for 45 minutes.
