Pumpkin Crunch Cake
Ingredients
- 32 oz. pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 C. milk
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1 box dry cake mix
- 1 ½ sticks butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan. Mix all but the cake mix and butter and pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix (I use white or yellow) over the top of the mixture then melt 1 ½ sticks of butter and pour on top. Sprinkle with 3/4 cups nuts (if you like nuts) and bake 1 hour; cool and top with Cool Whip.
