Pumpkin Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 C. silken tofu
- 1 C. vanilla soy milk or skim milk
- 1 Tbs. blackstrap molasses
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Plop ingredients in blender, turn on blender and away you go until smooth. This is very good and good for you.
Serves 1.
