  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • ½ teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • ½ seeded and diced jalapeno
  • 3 cups purple cabbage, quartered and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups sliced baby spinach
  • ½ cup carrots
  • ¼ sliced red bell pepper
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped peanuts
