  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbsp. Thyme
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. salt
