Quick and Easy 30-Minute Chicken Soup

- 2 Canned Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Baby Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbsp. Thyme
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp. salt
Using medium high heat, bring chicken broth to boil in a saucepan. Add garlic, onion, salt, carrots, pepper and thyme.
Reduce heat to low and then add the chicken breast halves. Set to simmer for at least 20 minutes.
