This delicate, but hearty casserole dish can be made with or without chicken, but the angel hair pasta will certainly fill you up! Serve this at your next party for a beautiful, but effortless presentation.

  • 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Fresh Asparagus cut into 1" pieces
  • 8-oz Angel Hair Pasta, broken into 1-2" lengths
  • 1 lb cooked Chicken
  • ¾ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese

Grease casserole dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sautee garlic and mushrooms over medium heat in skillet. In separate pot, boil asparagus and pasta in boiling water (with tsp of olive oil), until asparagus is tender. Drain. Mix garlic, mushrooms, asparagus, pasta and chicken in bowl and pour into casserole dish. Top with parmesan cheese and bake 30-35 min.
