  • 2 (8 oz.) salmon steaks
  • 2 T. unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 T. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Take out an eight-inch square baking dish. Place the salmon steaks inside of the dish. Top the steaks with the butter and lemon juice. Mix together the onion, parsley, garlic salt, and lemon pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the steaks. Bake the salmon uncovered for 15 minutes, which is how long it should take for the salmon to flake easily when you use a fork. Serve.
