  • 1 Pound of Ground Beef
  • ¼ Cup of Breadcrumbs
  • ½ Cup of Chopped Onion
  • 3 Tablespoons of Ketchup
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • 2 Slices of American Cheese
  • 2 Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 Slices of Tomato
  • 4 Slices of Onion
  • 2 Hamburger Buns
  • Any Sauce Toppings You Like!

To begin, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, ketchup, garlic salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowls. Mix everything together with either a fork or your hands (wear gloves to stay sanitary!) until it’s all evenly combined. Then, press the meat into a square pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Cut the cooked meat into 4 square patties and sandwich a slice of cheese between each pair while they’re warm to help melt it. Place each of the patty sandwiches on a bun and stack with lettuce, tomato, onion, and any sauce you like!
