- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 6 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 Tbs. Greek dressing
