  • 2 cups unsalted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Heat the butter and honey together, either in the microwave or on the stove. Make sure to stir well. Add the peanuts and toss the mixture. Spread the peanuts on a cookie sheet and cook for five to ten minutes. After the first five minutes stir the mixture. Continue to cook until peanuts are golden brown. Remove from oven and stir until cool, this will prevent the peanuts from sticking together. The peanut mixture can be sprinkled with salt for a savory snack or sugar for a sweet treat.
