Four ingredients plus a touch of salt and pepper will be all that you need to cook up tender pieces of shrimp coated in tangy lemon juice and pungent dill. We recommend serving these citrusy shellfish with garlic butter for dipping on the side.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in each of 2 large skillets over high heat. When bubbling subsides, pour half of the shrimp into each skillet. Let shrimp sit and cook until they turn golden brown on the bottom. Add one of the remaining tablespoons of butter to each pan. Turn off the heat. Flip the shrimp over and let cook for 1 minute in the pans' residual heat. Add half the lemon juice and dill to each pan, and gently toss to coat.
