Quick and Easy Pico de Gallo

- 5 small tomatoes; diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper; chopped (add seeds for extra spice)
- 1/2 white onion; chopped
- 2 Tbs fresh cilantro; chopped
- 1 lime; for juice only
- 1 tsp white peppercorns; garnish
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, put the pico de gallo in a serving bowl or glass jar, sprinkle some white peppercorns over it and serve.
