Quick and Easy Shrimp Skewers

- 16 extra large shrimp, uncooked and peeled
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 4 Tbs. sweet chili sauce
Thread shrimp and lime wedges with wooden skewers. Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil. Brush the sauce over the shrimp and limes. Broil for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with more chili sauce for dip.
