  • 4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 1 C. Vegetable Broth
  • 1/4 C. White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Unsalted Butter
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 4 lb. Fresh Clams

Warm the olive oil in a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the broth, white wine vinegar, and butter. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Bring sauce to a boil. Stir in clams. Cover and cook for 10 minutes until clams open. Discard any unopened clams. Serve clams with broth spooned over them.
