Scrumptious layers of tuna salad, green onions, and tomatoes are packed into this cool, creamy sandwich. While we made this sandwich with a sesame seed bagel, you can substitute it with your own bread of choice.

  • 1 5 oz. can Tuna, albacore, drained
  • 1/4 C. Onions, chopped
  • 1/3 C. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 Sesame Seed Bagel
  • 1 Green Onion Stalk, white and light green parts only, chopped
  • 2 slices Tomato

In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, onions, parsley, mayo, pepper, and paprika. Slice the bagel in half and toast it. Spread one half of the bagel with as much or as little of the tuna salad as you'd like. Layer tomato slices on top of tuna salad, sprinkle with green onions, and top with the other half of the bagel.
