Quick and Easy Watermelon Pie

Use a circular melon ball scooper to make neat watermelon balls for this recipe.

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz. container refrigerated non-dairy topping, thawed
  • 1/4 C. lime juice
  • 2 C. watermelon balls
  • 1 9-in. graham cracker crust

Fold together milk and topping. Add lime juice. Fold in watermelon balls, reserving about 5 balls for garnish. Pour into graham cracker crust. Place remaining watermelon balls on pie to garnish. Chill for 2 more hours before serving

  • I would use fat free sweetened condensed milk ( I use it to make fudge all the time),fat free topping(cool whip free or light if you prefer) and the light graham crust. This way you can enjoy the pie and not feel guilty.
