Quick Artichoke Spread

Ingredients
- one 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, water packed
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 Tbs. mayonnaise
- Hungarian paprika
Directions
Drain artichokes and squeeze out the water from each one. Chop finely and transfer them to a small saucepan. Add garlic and mayonnaise. Blend well.
To blend and enhance the flavors, warm over low heat, stirring constantly. Do no let it boil. Turn spread into a serving bowl, sprinkle with paprika and serve with your favorite crackers and chips.
