  • 1 refrigerated pie crust, softened
  • 1 C. milk
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbs. onion, chopped

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put the pie crust in a 9-in. pie plate. In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Layer the bacon, cheeses, and onion in the crust. Pour the egg mixture over top. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Let the quiche stand for 5 minutes.
