Quick Chicken and Noodles
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 3/4 C. Swanson® Chicken Broth
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 C. frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 2 C. uncooked medium egg noodles
Directions
Cook chicken in nonstick skillet until browned. Sprinkle with garlic and paprika. Add broth, basil, pepper and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Stir in noodles. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
