Quick Chicken Fajitas

- 8 oz. raw boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 Tbs. oil
- 2 tsp. taco seasoning
- garlic powder, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Slice the chicken breasts in half, and then into thin strips. Season on all sides with garlic powder and 1 tsp. taco seasoning.
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the peppers, onions, and 1 tsp. taco seasoning. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
