You can never go wrong with everyone's favorite - chicken Parmesan pasta. We decided to serve the chicken with fettuccine Alfredo.

  • 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1 C. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 C. Alfredo sauce
  • 6 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained

Preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Dip chicken in egg whites and then in bread crumbs. Place in greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and oregano on chicken. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Mix prepared fettuccine with sauce. Serve chicken over pasta.
