  • 2 lbs. ground round
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
  • 2 C. fresh corn off the cob
  • 2 C. fresh Lima beans
  • 2 C. carrots, sliced
  • 4 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomatoes and okra
  • ½ medium onion, diced
