  • 4 ciabatta sandwich rolls, sliced horizontally
  • 1/4 C. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. deli sliced ham
  • 8 oz. deli sliced roasted pork loin
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced swiss cheese
  • 4 whole dill pickled, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/4 C. yellow mustard

Preheat your oven to 500°F. Spread each roll with one tablespoon of mayonnaise and mustard. Distribute meats, cheese, and pickles evenly and layer on top of mustard and mayonnaise. Put sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for five minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
