Quick Dream Cake
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 envelope whipped, non-dairy topping
- 4 eggs
- 1 C. cold water
- 1 can creamy milk chocolate frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9-inch round cake pans. Combine first 4 ingredients in mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy, about 6 minutes. Divide batter equally into prepared pans and bake for 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely in pans on wire racks. Remove one cake from pan and place on plate. Spread frosting on top. Place second cake over frosting. Cover top and sides of cake with remaining frosting.
