Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag egg noodles
- 1 can milk
- 1 egg
- cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients except the cheese in a 8x10-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Add the cheese 5 minutes before done.

It would make an inexpensive and light comfort meal. Sort of reminds me of Creamed Chipped Beef Over Toast or Welsh Rarebit I used to make so frequently. They all are light and comforting to me.
