Quick Fix Gourmet Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boned and halved
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. long grain wild rice mix
Directions
Spread rice on bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Place chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken and pour mushroom soup on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Yield 8 servings.
