Quick Golden Chocolate Crescent Croissants

- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
- 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate)
- 1 egg
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll crescent roll dough, separate into the eight triangles, and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press about a tablespoon of chocolate chips into the center of each piece and roll up. In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush over each croissant. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until golden brown and drizzle with remaining chocolate chips that have been melted in the microwave in 10 second intervals. Serve warm!
