Ingredients

  • 1 C. peanut butter
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Take teaspoonfuls at a time, roll them into a ball and drop onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

  • I just saw Paula Dean make this recipe with Splenda yesterday on the Food Network channel. I was curious if it worked w/regular sugar. Now I know and will make them today!!!
