This recipe is simple and delicious. You do not need extra measuring spoons or measuring cups. It's all done with the Tupperware Quick Shake container. One Quick Shake seal is equal to 2/3 C. One small Quick Shake seal is equal to 1 tsp.

  • 1 14-oz. can apple pie filling
  • 1/4 C. cinnamon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 C. flour
  • 2/3 C. sugar
  • 2/3 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Place pie filling in a silicone round pan (sprayed with nonstick spray if desired). Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Break egg into Quick Shake pan, add flour, sugar, milk, and oil (in that order). Seal and shake vigorously.

Unseal and add baking powder. Seal and shake 6 times. Then open seal to breathe. Seal and shake another 6 times.

Pour over apple mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to stand and then invert onto platter. Sprinkle with some cinnamon sugar. Serve warm.
