  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (15 oz.) can peas, drained
  • 2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. tater tots

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Stir in the garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, peas, and soup. Stir well to combine. Pour the mixture into a medium casserole dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Top evenly with the tater tots. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy.
