  • 3 C. tender radish leaves, torn
  • 3-5 radish roots, sliced into rounds
  • 1/3 carrot, grated
  • herbs, to garnish
  • 1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbs. oil

Slice the radish roots into rounds and combine them with the leaves, carrots, and herbs. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to crisp. In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar and salt. Add the oil. Drizzle the dressing over the greens and toss. Season with salt.
