Raisin and Nut Filling

Ingredients
- 2/3 C. milk
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 C. water
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/4 C. raisins and nuts, chopped
- 1 C. sugar
Directions
Cook flour, 1 Tbs. sugar and milk until thick. Boil 1 C. sugar and water to soft-ball stage. Pour over beaten egg white. Beat well. When well beaten, add cooked mixture and beat until thoroughly smooth. Add raisins and nuts.
