Ranch Rice Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. finely grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 2 Tbs. chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 C. cooked rice
- 2 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
- 1 oz. pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
Directions
In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Stir in cooked rice and dressing mix. Add cheese, onions and pimento. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend. Serve with assorted snack crackers.
