Randy Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. frozen baby green beans
- 1/4 lb. maple bacon (1/4-inch pieces, uncooked)
- 1/4 C. finely chopped brown onion
Directions
I use a non-stick wok on the stove but, a non-stick deep fry pan or stock pot will work fine.
Cook bacon pieces over medium-high heat until brown, not over done. Don't drain. Lower heat to medium, add chopped onions. Stir until soft. Add frozen green beans, stir fry over medium-high heat until soft, not soggy. Keep turning or they will brown.
