- 1 container ricotta cheese (large)
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 2 3 Tbs. rose water
- 1/4 C. milk
- 1 C. half and half (more if desired)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients except half and half into a smooth paste in a large bowl with hand-held mixer. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes until center is firm. Cool 10 minutes, cut into squares, pour half and half over it until covered. Refrigerate overnight (or at least a few hours). Use more half and half when serving to make it moister if you want.
