Raspberry and Basil Jam

Ingredients
- 5 C. raspberries
- 2 T. butter
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. honey
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 4 T. chopped basil

Directions
In a pan heat raspberries, and butter over medium heat until it starts to boil. Add the sugar, honey, and coconut oil and bring the mixture back to a boil. Continue for 3-6 minutes. Place a bowl over another bowl filled with ice and water. Pour the mixture in the bowl over the ice. As it cools stir every couple minutes. When it has completely cooled, add chopped basil to the jam. Put it into a jar and refrigerate
