Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 C almond milk
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 C chia seeds
- 2 C fresh raspberries plus more for garnish
- 1 dragonfruit, cut into wedges
- 1 C pomegranate seeds
- 1 C pineapples, diced
- Coconut flakes, for garnish
Combine almond milk, honey, chia seeds and raspberries in a blender. Blend until combined.
Place some dragonfruit wedges at the bottom of a glass. Pour raspberry chia pudding over. Garnish with raspberries, pomegranate seeds, pineapples and coconut flakes.
