These delectable brownie bars are made even better by the creamy cheesecake swirl on top. The raspberries on top add a sweet tang to an already delicious flavor combination.

  • 1 (19.8 oz) package brownie mix
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 C white sugar
  • 1 package fresh raspberries

Follow the brownie box instructions for mixing and baking.
Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
In a large bowl in an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter. Swirl together using a knife or skewer.
Bake for half of manufacturers. Take brownies out of oven and insert raspberries into the surface pushing down so they are halfway submerged. Return to the oven and continue baking time.
Brownies will be done when a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in the pan, then cut into bars and serve.
